Competency Building – becoming better every day
Every time when you set your target and work on it, slowly and gradually you will be able to achieve your entire target. That is the time when you should challenge yourself and you should do a little more than what you can do. This habit of challenging every day to yourself and taking target little higher than what you can achieve will help you to enhance your competencies.
Every time when you are writing something and you know that I can write 10 pages in one hour, slowly ask yourself; can I do 11 pages this time? And then keep it 12 so every time, setting up higher standards for yourself. This will help you to build your competencies and within one year you will be all together at a very different level.
Logbook, the tool for the process of SELECTION
Always written targets are far better than the targets you think in your head only. So in the process of selection you maintain one log book, before every study session the very first step is, open your book and select your target and the time limit. When your session is over you also write down in your logbook whether you achieve your target or not. Practicing this technique for a long time will help you in many ways. number one whenever you will see your logbook you will be able to know how much studies you have done, how many topics you have covered so that will boost your confidence. Second you will have wonderful clarity about revision, whenever you will revise you will know that, this is what exactly I have done during last one week, last month, today, because all the points which you have done has been written in your logbook. Log book alone can be your one of the very powerful revision tool.
